The Sidewalk Blogger's "Torture=Frat Pranks" on the fence of a campus next to a sign about what is prohibited brings to mind a host of questions, one of which is: In a country crisscrossed with legal prohibitions, lawsuits, and potential lawsuits, such as those articulated on this public sign (all these activities are prohibited), isn't it strange that physical and mental terrorizing of a person can still be justified?
